You're really doing his ideas a diservice here. There is zero in Leary's writings about creating children or offspring, a "super species". Leary's own writings show he promoted the LSD for everybody and pushed back against Huxley for his "elites only" approach.

Leary's words were specifically "outcastes", he saw himself, as well as many "futurists" as out-castes.
