While I agree, 100%, that Facebook requires a whole system review, human intervention, human intervention will still not be able to stop the harm of the voting algorithm, the competitions that are created in various levels of society through the thrill of winning the popular vote on social media. That is the algorithm that has to evolve, quickly, and that only requires human intervention enough just to program it differently than it is.
