Well, you can use strong language and accuse me of silly words as much as you would like, but if you are telling me that the distribution of false and misleading information is what "free speech" is, I'm not sure if you understand what "logic" means either.

So, I am going to rip one into your argument.

All society is the regulation and censorship of speech. Do you have freedom of speech when you're in the professor's class? Do you have freedom of speech in the movie theater, sitting in the audience?

How about when your visiting your parents and grandparents at christmas? Do you have freedom of speech then?

Society regulates speech. Public broadcast of information is a utility, just like clean water.

No shit in water, no shit in broadcast.

Freedom of speech is not freedom of reach. This is a distribution problem.

You are confusing freedom of rational discourse, which requires no regulation whatsoever, with a poor concept of "censorship", which I promise you practice just as much as anyone else does in society, because that is what society is, the regulation of speech and communication.
