To me, you have highlighted what I believe to be the distinctions between knowledge (which is objectively true or false), understanding and wisdom.

I know that E=MC2. I don’t however understand it. Wisdom is just knowing the distinction between knowledge and understanding. Or what you call tracking. I like your references there! A lion does not know how to hunt, but a lion understands how to hunt. So it is also possible to have understanding without tracking too, paradoxically.
