Jordan your analysis is spot on. I am apart of a community launching a DAO in a few weeks that addresses this very issue. We are introducing a form of “non-dual consensus building”, an elegant form of governance that is open, thorough, and does not require a third party nor a vote to arrive at a rational consensus. It’s an application of game theory and psychology, and only produces one possible programmatic and psychological outcome, mutual resolution.
