Jeremy I loved your writing throughout the whole article so much, and especially how you broke down the complexity of QM in a simple and narrative form…but I was disappointed because you seemed to somehow jump to “sentience” and AI and there was nothing in your description of QM that would lead to believe the AI could become sentient.

Assuming the electron spin is “mind” even, how would that lead to AI consciousness?

Do I have to read the book to get the answer?
