If you are willing to tie all of this into Eugenics, then Eugenics becomes trivial, and we learn nothing.
Neurologic is about the evolution of intelligence, not repeat not genetics.
Your attempt to tie this into “elitism” as something separate from other people, cultures, or races is antithetical to Neurologic and Tim's work.
Leary’s system is about how to evolve the individual intelligence (and what to do once you’ve done that) so any individual could move beyond their own prefabricated “hive reality”.
“think for yourself, question authority”
where is the elitism there?
Leary "predicted" with alarming accuracy where Silicon Valley is now, that is for sure! But you're missing a bigger picture in that.
Where there is plenty of room to critique Leary (as well as RAW and a few others) lay in the fact that their playful “signal jamming” underground literature (its supposed to be weird, fyi) became adopted some 30 years later by Sakarov in Russia and then Steve Bannon…that’s where there is plenty of critique. I think you would serve your research well if you did a deeper dive into underground literature from the 60s and 70s, how it spread to specifically stay distributed in the "underground".
If you are looking for the true "origins" of these type of civilization building "memes" that span many topics you cover, the origins of all of them appear to be the Shambhala mythos initiated in India and then evolved in the Tibetan steppes a thousand years ago, where it slowly over centuries, seeped into the west drip by drip, peaking with the "new age" of Blavatsky, then the Golden Dawn, Crowley, etc etc and became mainstream New Age thinking in the 60's.
That is what I believe all civilization building movements attempt to do, they are memetic architects, they have an understanding that what is planted in the underground becomes the mainstream.
Like everything, its a distribution problem :)
