I think the theory is inherently flawed because, as our own current history shows us, “invading mindset” is not a global civilization building mindset. Why would they attack? Far more resources everywhere there is not life, and if they could attack us, they would have far sooner learned not to destroy themselves and manage resources as engineers, not politicians.
