I honestly think the free will conversation leads to no understanding of either the universe or our minds, I hope no one believes what ever conclusion they happen to favor while perhaps missing the boat on the more interesting philosophical question…”will” itself.

Do we have “will” at all? Clearly the natural laws surrounding us overlap and some systems are deterministic and others probabilistic…but what are both of them together? Maybe something strange, something we are not ready for, something like what ever “will” or choice is.





“Will”, like “ideas” and concepts, are functions of our minds and consciousness and I’m not sure if science proper is clear enough here since it doesn’t have much to even measure here at the moment.
