Hiya. I think you are close to true saying that, but believe you’ve missed something. These are far from the only “two”.
There are only three possible ways to view the mind, and two of them are “non dual” and the other is dualistic.
The non dual views are physicalism and idealism. They both agree that it is only 1 substance, not two, that composes the mind, they just disagree on the substance.
The dualistic view of the mind sees the mind and matter as being two distinct substances, both fundamental to their own properties.
